This pair of “paper knife” lounge chairs are made not only with a supreme standard in construction and craftsmanship but with a visionary aesthetic that was designed by one of the most renowned Danish designers of the 1950’s-60’s. Kai Kristiansen used a minimalist yet striking elegant approach to designing these timeless pieces. The “paper knife” series was executed beautifully by cabinetmaker Magnus Olesen. Together they collaborated to create this gorgeous series that was produced in both teak and rosewood. Our set is solid teak with original elastic bands. New upholstery was added using a multi colored green tweed that contrasts perfectly with the rich warm teak. Pure heaven from every angle. Just look at those sculpted arms and lines.
